Even made chicken on the grill and it turns out dry?!? Here’s a great solution. I’ve used this method and get great tasting moist chicken
- 1. Thaw and trim your chicken
- 2. Place chicken on foil
- 3. Use desired seasoning. (I used salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and Italian seasoning).
- 4. Drizzle chicken with EVOO.
- 5. Wrap in foil. Quick tip: double wrap so foil does break or rip.
- 6. Cool on grill until up to temp.
- 7. Enjoy!!
