What is Clean Eating?

Here is the “skinny” of clean eating. It is not a diet, it is more of a life style change. It’s cutting out processed foods and replacing them with heartier alternatives. It making better, healthier food choices. NotΒ something out of a box or a can. Avoid additives, preservatives, and other harmful chemicals. Use whole ingredients. Eat real food!!
