Protein Powder Pancakes

No flour added! These are protein powder pancakes topped with Greek yogurt and strawberries. To make these you will need a food processor. Here is the recipe:

  1. 1/2 cup Oats
  2. 1 scoop Protein Powder (I used vanilla) but mix it up! Any flavor would do.
  3. 1/2 tsp baking powder
  4. 1 dash of cinnamon

Blend these and then add:

  1. 1 egg white
  2. 1/4 C milk
  3. 1 tsp Vanilla
  4. 1/2 banana mashed (Can substituted 1/3 C greek yogurt- I did this! Β Was all out of bananas)

Blend together, cook, and top as desired! Enjoy!!! β€οΈπŸ“πŸŒπŸ’ͺ
