No flour added! These are protein powder pancakes topped with Greek yogurt and strawberries. To make these you will need a food processor. Here is the recipe:
- 1/2 cup Oats
- 1 scoop Protein Powder (I used vanilla) but mix it up! Any flavor would do.
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1 dash of cinnamon
Blend these and then add:
- 1 egg white
- 1/4 C milk
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- 1/2 banana mashed (Can substituted 1/3 C greek yogurt- I did this! Was all out of bananas)
Blend together, cook, and top as desired! Enjoy!!! ❤️🍓🍌💪
