Boost Your Workout

Caffeine! ☕️☕️☕️ Drinking caffeine in any form has been shown and proven to increase the efficiency of your workout. It also gives you that extra little “boost” to lessen fatigue during your exercise.

Green Tea is my favorite pre-workout source of caffeine. It tastes good and is quick and easy to make. Research has show that Green Tea contains an antioxidant in it called EGCG that has been linked to weight loss! In simple terms it helps your body burn more fat by increasing your metabolism. Yay, fat burning!! 🍵🍵 Get your drink on!
